Liability is limited to the total value of the service provided.General Plumbing ServicesQuotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. All work assumes reasonable access to the area of repair or installation. Fixed-price labour covers the specific service listed on the PipeLogic website, with transparent weekday/weekend pricing — no hidden fees. Parts are supplied by PipeLogic and added to your final invoice. All work is backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Ownership of supplied materials remains with PipeLogic until full payment is received.Require a job that is not listed?If the job you need done is not on the Fixed-Price or Package Deal list. Jobs will be charged at £150 for the first hour then £75 per hour after that charged by 30 minute intervals.Reasonable AccessFor fixed price to remain, jobs assume:• No other appliances need to be removed.• No pipework feeding the sanitary appliance are unaccessible.🚫 Service Exclusions - What’s Currently Not Included• Boiler installation or servicing• Full House Central heating install• Wall, floor or ceiling removal.• Tiling, carpentry, or electrical works.• Installation of electric showers (unless like for like).• External drainage or underground mains work.• Soil stack installations.• Kitchen or bathroom suite installations.• Cast iron radiator work.• Wall-hung toilet repairs.• Appliance disposal or waste removal.• Cylinder installsPayment TermsPayment is due within 4 weeks of job completion by bank transfer (details are included on your invoice). Late payments incur a £10 administration fee for every 7-day period overdue, plus any additional recovery costs if applicable.

Weekend ratesWeekend rates +50%Travel surchargeJobs located more than 10 miles from Canterbury city centre incur a £20 surcharge, plus £1 per additional mile thereafter. Distance is calculated via the most direct route.
